Fuel Flex E85 conversion kits allow the user to operate their vehicle on any combination of ethanol and gasoline through the system’s intelligent fuel injection computer. Our system bypasses the fuel injector connection, and connects directly into the original fuel injectors. When operating on E85, or any combination of ethanol and gasoline, your engine needs an adjusted amount of fuel to be injected into the engine to keep the fuel/air mixture in the optimum zone. This is done automatically by the system’s computer which gives a linear increase of on-time to the fuel injectors (timeframe that the fuel injectors are open). Once installed, the original vehicles computer continuously monitors your vehicle’s engine emissions and adjusts supplemental fuel injection through the O2 Sensors, which allows your vehicle to operate at optimal performance running on gas, ethanol, or any combination.
We offer 4-cylinder ($369 USD), 6-cylinder ($424 USD), and 8-cylinder ($499 USD) models. Installation can be done by consumers with a basic automotive understanding of fuel injectors. However, we recommend that a professional mechanic install the product. We offer live phone support to our customers and/or their mechanic. Most installations can be done in under 45 minutes.

Our test vehicle is a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L v8 running in Florissant, Colorado at 9000 feet above sea level. We mention the altitude because it may effect the mpgs.We averaged 18.7 mpg on straight gas and 17.5 on E-85. We saw a increase in performance when running E-85. We ran straight gas, E-85 and mixtures of the two. The Fuel Flex unit and the Jeep's on board computer adjusted without a glitch to whatever mixture was being burned. Results will vary and we appreciate your feedback and results. The unit was installed in 35 minutes with no blood spilled. We are currently saving around 28 percent on fuel cost. The unit pays for itself in short order and that's why it passed the test and is offered here. Great job Fuel Flex!!!
